2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup water, or as needed

In a medium blwl, mix together the flour and salt. Add the melted butter and mix to combine. Begin adding water and mix until the dough begins to come together, adding more water as needed.

Let the mixture rest covered for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small pieces, and roll into balls. Roll the dough into 1/4 inch thickness.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a tortilla and allow to coom until browned, then flip and allow to cook on the other side. Keep covered and warm until ready to serve.
